Admissions Process

Admission to Chester International School is for year 10 and year 12 in September. We have limited places available so please do not hesitate to contact us. Our dedicated and professional team are ready to answer all of your questions about the application process.

If you wish to make an application for an in-year transfer once the term has already begun then please complete an expression of interest and we will contact you to discuss the application process for an in-year transfer.

Step 1

CIS has a selection of events for our prospective students and families. The events will enable you to tour our building and meet our educators, support staff, governors, PTA and learners. Book a place on our next open event

Step 2

Apply Now for Year 10 or Year 12 online or if you wish to register your interest to receive immediate details of the application process, please complete the Expression of Interest form.

Admissions Timeline

Year 10 applications should be submitted by 31st October 2024. Applications after this date will be considered late. Applicants will be notified of the outcome on the 1st March 2025.

Year 12 applications should be submitted by 31st Match 2025. Applications after this date will be considered late. Applicants will be notified of the outcome on the 1st April 2025.

In-year Admissions

To make an application for an in-year transfer once the term has already begun students are asked to please complete our Expression of Interest form and the school will make contact to discuss the application process for an in-year transfer.
